Policies and Procedures


   We love our stylists and we know you do too! We also understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments.
   We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
   You may do so when you receive a confirmation call/text/email or contact the salon.

No-Show & Late Cancellation

We do our best to service our clients in a timely manner.

We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-Show/ Late Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment and during confirmation calls.

In the event that you’re unable to show, your deposit will be non refundable. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance your deposit will be transferable to your next scheduled appointment. You are permitted a one time deposit transfer towards your next appointment. If rescheduled more than once, your deposit becomes non transferable and non refundable .

Clients who chronically cancel late or no show will be required to provide billing information prior to scheduling an appointment and may be subject to being charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Running Late

We understand, life can get crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late according to our phones time, you will be charged $20 late fee. We will do our best to still service you or reschedule your appointment.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. A plan of action will be determined by salon management with you, the stylist and other clients in mind. 

Children and Pets

Deola’s Touch welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children 8 and under are not permitted in the salon if they are not being serviced. If a parent brings a child, age 8 or under, during their service, there must be another adult to accompany the child in the waiting area while being serviced or the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.

Absolutely no animals are Permitted! 

First Time Clients

We’re excited to meet you! It is especially our pleasure to know your hair goals and concerns. In order to better serve you, all first time clients will receive a complimentary consultation.  The consultation allows your stylist to discuss the state of your hair, the vision and pricing to prepare you for Deola’s Touch.


When booking, A 50% deposit is required to confirm appointment . If 50% is not deposit at time of booking, your appointment will be considered non existent. 


Pricing is contingent upon stylist recommendations.

In the Event that any additional service is added, you will be charged accordingly.

As we are your Hair Care Professionals, we will always detangle your hair in order to prep for a better shampoo experience. In the event that detangling exceeds 10mins there will be an extra charge depending on the stylist‘s discretion.

If you do NOT detangle your hair after a braid/twist/faux loc removal, there will be a service charge for detangling as it takes extra time to detangle. If you cannot detangle your self please choose the add on option of detangling.
